Ingredients:

12 oz Wide Egg Noodles
1/4 cup butter
3 Tbsps flour
4 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup bread crumbs
  scallions, thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and butter a 9 x 13 baking dish.

  2. Cook Light ‘n Fluffy Noodles according to package directions.

  3. While noodles are cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour. Add milk in a little at a time while stirring.

  4. Once combined, add 3 cups of cheese and salt, and stir until melted.

  5. Place the noodles in a baking dish, pour over the cheese sauce, and stir. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned. Top with scallions if desired. Enjoy!
