1 lb round steak
2 Tbsps butter
2 cups water
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 each green bell peppers, chopped
2 each carrots, sliced
1 each garlic clove, minced
3 Tbsps flour
1 Tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 pkg powdered onion soup mix
12 oz PC015

Cooking Directions:

1.  In a large skillet, brown the meat in butter.

2.  Add water, cover and simmer 45 minutes.

3.  Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) to the skillet, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce is of a thick consistency, about 20 minutes.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

5.  Serve goulash over pasta.
