1 lb ground turkey
1 cup (about 8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsps all purpose flour
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 oz Light 'n Fluffy® Macaroni Dumplings
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped

Cooking Directions:

1.  Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Add turkey, mushrooms and onions.  Cook until turkey is done and onions are tender.

2.  In a small bowl combine broth and flour.  Add flour mixture, evaporated milk, garlic powder, salt and black pepper to turkey mixture.  Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3.  Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions.  When pasta is ready, stir sour cream and parsley into turkey mixture.  Serve over pasta.
