RADIATORE
Definition & Description: "Radiators" in Italian, these are short chunky ruffled shapes that add great eye appeal to any dish.
Best Uses: Perfect in entrées, side dishes, oven bakes and cold salads. Most pasta sauces agree with radiatore, as long as they are not super-thick; ridges in radiatore "hold" thinner sauces better.
