CAPELLINI

Definition & Description:   From the Latin "capelli" for "hair", capellini is very thin round pasta strands. It is only slightly thicker than angel hair, our thinnest long shape.

Best Uses:   Use capellini in entrées, side dishes or broken and cooked in soups. Because it is so thin, avoid thick rich sauces. Best complements are lighter tomato, broth-based or creamy sauces.
